From the Office of Equity and Employee Relations of the Department of Human Relations of FCPS:

“All FCPS employees have a right to a workplace free of discrimination and harassment.  As such, members of the LGBT community should feel that they have the same rights as any other member of the FCPS community.  The boundaries associated with an employee’s personal life, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, must be respected.

FCPS policy allows all employees to be out without fear of discrimination.”
